Titra has the ability to prepare files used for closed captioning for the hearing impaired.

Character Identification and their dialogue, relevant sounds, music, and speaking manners are created into words or symbols, then synchronized to the running video.

Once encoded onto videotape master the captions are not seen unless activated for viewing by the hearing impaired.
